Dr. Jaiye Olaleye is an experienced GP with a deep commitment to women’s health and well-being. Since qualifying as a medical doctor over 20 years ago in Nigeria, she has pursued extensive postgraduate training in the UK, gaining additional qualifications in Lifestyle Medicine, Women’s Health, Medical Education, and Healthcare Leadership.
Guided by her faith and a heart for service, Jaiye is passionate about empowering women from all walks of life to live well—body, mind, and spirit. She believes that small, sustainable changes can transform health and wellbeing, particularly in midlife, and she is dedicated to
fostering resilience, preventing burnout, and cultivating thriving communities.
Beyond her NHS and private clinical practice, she is an Associate Non-Executive Director at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. She teaches medical students at the University of Warwick and Oxford. She actively shares her knowledge through social media, writing lifestyle articles for local charities, speaking at community events, and leading structured wellness coaching programs designed to uplift and support women.
A firm believer in the power of faith, connection, and practical wisdom, Jaiye finds joy in walking, traveling, and creating memorable experiences with her two daughters. She is a true advocate for living life well—grounded in purpose, community, and holistic wellbeing.
